For the past 18 years, this extraordinary nonprofit has provided sanctuary and medical care to senior and special needs dogs and cats, offering them a place of comfort, compassion, and dignity in their final years.

House With A Heart’s Pet Pantry Program provides food and essential supplies to those in need, with a special focus on senior citizens living on limited incomes. Through their direct delivery program, they ensure that elderly pet owners in subsidized housing receive monthly supplies of pet food, treats, and cat litter, allowing them to care for their beloved companions despite financial constraints.

Beyond these efforts, House With A Heart partners with rescue groups to help pull senior pets from shelters, providing grants for medical care to prepare these animals for adoption. They even offer vet care assistance to adopters identified by their rescue partners, ensuring that pets in need receive the medical attention necessary to thrive in their new homes.
